Vintage British Watercolor After Arthur Wardle (1860 1949) fancy dress and is unsigned and is unsigned The little whittled figure at the rear of the barge is very lovingly done A quick search will turn up lots of drawings of wild cats done by Arthur Wardle (1860 1949) I've included a photo of some cigarette cards incorporating what I believe is the head of a puma that inspired this one but I'll take this watercolor done after it any day
